About Propa
Propa will help you do the right things, at the right time, with the right quality. We’re not trying to be Proper. We are real and know that you are, too.
Further Together
Propa Consulting knows that honoring our human state will get us further, together. We love people and practice respect for people by creating spaces where everyone is challenged – and safe – to try new things. Propa values action and believes that taking even a small step today is worth more than the fanciest plan on paper.
Head – Logic and an analytical mindset drives our evidence-based approach to target setting and measurement.
Heart – Deep empathy has us seek to understand and emotionally engage others in change.
Hands – Take action and learn from shared experience.
About Rachelle
(ray-chul)
I am all about respect for people and change for the better. Amazing teachers, and my own experience, have shown me that when we are solid in our principles, everything else can be flexible. Although I’m adept in many methodologies, I am not married to any single one. So let’s move forward in the manner that’s best for you and your people.
I am proud to be mom to two kind kids, a pair of ridiculous cats, and a calm dog. I’m almost as proud to be a certified master gardener in King County, Washington! I love my teams, travel, hiking, dancing, weeding, houseplants, phrasal verbs, and using my influence for good. Ask me for my “7 Days in Seattle” itinerary before you visit next summer.
I have spent the last 25 years on a journey to become an expert people-leader and group excellence champion. Working with folks in health care, insurance, IT, manufacturing, public schools, food banks, and even a zoo taught me that people are people – and processes are processes. With a solid footing in both the people and the process world, we can mobilize teams to change for the better.
After leading strategic visioning, strategy deployment, service line & program development, executive & team retreats, and countless improvement workshops, I have come to see that all strategy is executed at the front line – if it is executed at all.
This is why I work with orgs not just to develop strategy, but to do it in a way that connects the head, heart and hands of the people needed to do the work. Together, we will use creativity and collective intelligence to get you where you need to be. We will generate and test ideas and take action immediately. This helps us quickly learn what works – and what needs work.
This is what we will do together. This is how we create shared experience and unity of purpose. This is when we begin to level-up your culture. This is why I want to help you do it the Propa way.
